Code-named ProSurv, this is a cost-effective software solution for capturing information used in making important decisions. In addition to being more cost effective than conventional surveying methods, survey responses are more accurate, and can be obtained and analyzed faster and easier.

Web-based Survey Service

The web interface provides secure access to surveys from any web browser with access to the Internet and can be used by in-house and/or external users. ProSurv provides administrative access to view, print, and download survey data for importing into an existing database. In addition, the service can be customized to fit the needs of organizations with specific requirements.
This web-based service employs a flexible business model designed to accommodate individual business requirements. The business model incorporates a fee paid to Cicada for each survey administered using the system or subscription plans based on anticipated responses.

• Administration
  With a valid account, administrative users have the ability to design and administer custom survey forms, view response data, and download data for importing into a database. Administrative users can select their own ID and password to access all survey functions.
   
• Surveys
  Survey participants are provided a URL (web site address) that points directly to the survey. Participants work with a simple interface for entering data.
